Amy Brown is a partner at the BraunHagey & Borden New York office. She has experience litigating a variety of different subject matters including, employment disputes, partnership disputes, securities disputes and other complex commercial litigation matters. In addition to her civil litigation practice, she also has significant experience in handling criminal matters, including white collar investigations.
Amy has extensive courtroom and arbitration experience. Prior to joining BraunHagey & Borden, she worked as a prosecutor for the United States Attorney’s Office in the District of Connecticut. Before that, she was a litigation partner at a New York City boutique, where she first-chaired multiple FINRA and AAA arbitrations.
Amy lives in Connecticut with her husband, two children, and family dog. She is music lover and avid concert-goer. She also enjoys baking and photography.
