BraunHagey & Borden is hiring! We are actively recruiting 1-2 junior associates to support all aspects of the firm's practice. 

We are not a traditional firm, and we do not provide the typical law firm experience.  Our clients value our ability to practice at the intersection of business and law, providing thoughtful, commercially-minded advice.  We staff matters leanly; our associates get real hands-on work. We enjoy brainstorming and white boarding together and with our clients, not paper pushing. We are energetic and we love being lawyers. 

A successful candidate will possess a strong academic record from a top law school; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; and experience working as corporate counsel to emerging companies. Success in this position requires a positive, energetic attitude and dedicated work ethic.
