Rebecca serves as Counsel for BraunHagey. She leads the firm’s institutional risk assessment and review process and helps clients implement compliance and control policies, including SOPs regarding regulatory compliance, product safety, and document and information management. She also manages fact development, discovery, and document review for clients involved in active litigation or arbitration.
Before joining BraunHagey, Rebecca was an attorney with Eiseman Levine, a boutique New York law firm specializing in development and real estate matters for institutional clients. At Eiseman, she represented REITs, developers, and financial institutions in the acquisition, financing, construction, sale, and leasing of commercial properties.
