Isobel Jones is an attorney at BraunHagey & Borden.  She served most recently as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Diamond Foods, Inc., where she played a key role in its acquisition by Snyder’s-Lance for $1.8B and provided legal advice and support on M&A, corporate governance, SEC reporting and compliance, employment and labor matters, litigation, contracts, intellectual property, investor relations, and other matters.  She covered similar areas as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Annie’s, Inc. from April 2013 to May 2014 and as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Inc. from January 2012 to March 2013. From June 2003 to January 2012, Isobel was Associate General Counsel at Del Monte Foods, where she was responsible for SEC reporting and compliance, corporate governance matters, M&A, treasury and investor relations support and other general corporate matters. She spent ten years as an associate at Cooley LLP.  Isobel earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1993, where she also served as an editor of the Harvard Law Review.
