Noah is the managing partner of BraunHagey. For over a decade as a commercial litigator in New York and California, he has successfully tried and defended dozens of cases for business clients throughout the U.S. and internationally. Noah has served as general counsel for three consumer products companies, and consults private equity and hedge fund clients regarding litigation risk and management.
Before founding BraunHagey, Noah worked in New York and San Francisco with the nation’s premier litigation trial firm, Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. Noah also served as an associate in London and New York with the international law firm Salans. Before private practice, Noah was an extern law clerk to then-Chief Justice Thomas Phillips of the Texas Supreme Court.

Personal Noah lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and three children. You can find Noah swimming from Alcatraz and competing in other local triathlons. When not enjoying the Northern California outdoors, Noah enjoys telling stories to his children and planning the family’s next adventure. Noah splits his time between clients in San Francisco and New York.
