Rebecca Horton is an attorney at BraunHagey & Borden. Her practice spans a wide spectrum of complex civil litigation, including disputes stemming from commercial relationships, intellectual property infringement, and business torts.
She has successfully defended and prosecuted various civil actions, including breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, copyright and trademark infringement, unfair competition and breach of contract. Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca was a Deputy County Counsel in San Mateo County, where she successfully tried over 25 jury and court trials, arguing cases in both state and federal court on behalf of government agencies.
Rebecca lives in San Francisco with her husband enjoying the great restaurants in the Bay Area, traveling and spending time outdoors.
