Kristof D. Szoke is an attorney* at BraunHagey & Borden.  His practice encompasses a diverse range of civil litigation, including complex commercial, intellectual property, bankruptcy, and antitrust disputes.  Prior to coming to BHB, Kristof worked as a litigator at a large multinational firm where he served on a number of high-stakes cases that spanned a wide geography, such as California, Texas, Illinois, Kentucky, New York, and Delaware.  Kristof’s advocacy includes pro bono work on immigration, asylum, and VAWA matters.


Kristof grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he currently lives with his wife. He enjoys playing competitive chess, windsurfing, tennis, and loves to write short stories.
