Biography

Andrea Hasegawa is a litigation attorney at BraunHagey & Borden. She has extensive experience in disputes involving antitrust, unfair competition, the False Claims Act, products liability, trademark, and First Amendment issues, as well as other complex commercial litigation. She has defended and prosecuted claims on behalf of a number of diverse clients, from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, as well as provided counseling on issues relating to pricing and distribution structures under the antitrust laws and sales and marketing practices. 

Andrea has also worked on numerous pro bono matters, including cases involving the rights of children in the foster care system, state prisoners and citizens seeking information on federal surveillance practices under the Freedom of Information Act.  

Personal

Andrea lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two sons. She enjoys hiking, cooking, and playing extremely competitive board games with her family.
