Biography

Garrett Biedermann is an attorney in BraunHagey & Borden’s New York office. He has represented clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts, including matters involving the False Claims Act, antitrust, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, investor disputes, eminent domain, breach of contract, and other commercial torts.

Garrett has a dedicated pro bono practice where he has represented clients in a variety of immigration matters.

Personal

Garrett lives in Manhattan with his wife, daughter, and bichon-poodle mix.  In his free time, Garrett enjoys listening to and playing music, running, and discovering new restaurants.
