Garrett served as one of the key attorneys representing Milk Moovement, Inc. in a trade secret suit brought by the leading provider of dairy supply-chain software. After BHB took over the case in December 2022, Garrett helped put the client on offense with counterclaims under the Sherman Act, Clayton Act, and Cartwright Act. BHB won leave to amend over opposition and defeated Dairy's motions to dismiss and strike the counterclaims in full. BHB then took the case through fact and expert discovery before a favorable resolution in February 2024. Milk Moovement continues to offer its technology in the market.

Garrett was one of the lead BHB partners representing VMG Partners and related defendants in a multi-party action arising from VMG's investment in gummy-vitamin maker Goli Nutrition. BHB won dismissal with prejudice of the fraud, fiduciary duty, RICO, and emotional-distress claims, then secured bifurcation of the remaining trade secret claim and won summary judgment for lack of standing, resulting in judgment for VMG.

Garrett serves as one of the lead partners representing plaintiffs  seeking a public injunction under California's Unfair Competition Law, False Advertising Law, and Consumers Legal Remedies Act. The suit aims to stop Coinbase from advertising "industry-leading" and "bank-level" security and "24/7 live support." BHB defeated Coinbase's motion to compel arbitration and won affirmance in a published California Court of Appeal decision. The California Supreme Court denied review, the U.S. Supreme Court denied certiorari, and the case is now back to proceeding in the trial court.

Garret represent a certified class of U.S. direct purchasers of consumer telescopes in antitrust class action. The class asserts Sherman Act and Cartwright Act claims against Celestron, its affiliated manufacturers, and their executives. BHB conducted discovery and helped secure class certification in March 2025; in April 2026, the court denied summary judgment on the price-fixing, market-allocation, and monopolization claims. The case builds on the firm's Ninth Circuit–affirmed $54 million jury verdict against a co-conspirator manufacturer in Optronic Technologies, Inc. v. Ningbo Sunny Electronic Co.
