Biography

Jeremy is a partner in BHB’s New York office where he brings extensive experience and versatility as a commercial litigator and first chair trial lawyer. He has successfully represented clients ranging from family-owned real estate companies to Fortune 500 companies. Jeremy is an expert on real estate matters, but also litigates a wide array of matters, including trade secrets, false advertising, M&A disputes and business divorces, in courts and arbitration tribunals throughout the country. He is known for his innovative and aggressive approach to discovery and motion practice, often securing early and favorable outcomes for his clients. Jeremy is also well known for his success and effectiveness at trial, on dispositive motions, and on appeal. His clientele and portfolio include prominent figures in real estate, commercial products, defense and aerospace, banking and finance, and hospitality industries as well as iconic entertainers, including a former boxing heavyweight world champion.   

Beyond his legal practice, Jeremy is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the legal field. He serves on the Board of Advisors of Legal Outreach, Inc., a leading pipeline diversity program that aims to equip New York City students from traditionally underserved communities with the skills to succeed at competitive colleges and beyond. 

Personal

Jeremy lives in Westchester County with his wife and daughters. When he’s not advocating for clients, he enjoys playing basketball and sharing his love for sports as a coach for youth basketball and soccer teams. A devoted fan of University of Michigan athletics, Jeremy can often be found cheering on the Wolverines teams. He also indulges his creative side through writing and unwinds watching reruns of Scrubs.
