Biography
Kevin Wallace is a Partner in BraunHagey & Borden’s New York office. Kevin is a first-chair trial lawyer and a former Senior Enforcement Counsel at the Office of the New York Attorney General. In that role he handled many of the most complex, high-profile investigations and trials brought by the Attorney General and led the Office’s securities enforcement unit the Investor Protection Bureau. Kevin also led bipartisan, multi-state litigation in federal court, and worked closely with federal regulators including the DOJ, SEC and FTC.
Kevin’s practice covers complex litigation and enforcement matters across a range of fields including securities, corporate governance, antitrust, consumer protection, business fraud and class action. Over the course of his career, Kevin has dedicated significant time to pro bono matters, including winning the reversal of a death penalty sentence at the Sixth Circuit.
Personal
Kevin lives in Westchester County with his wife, three sons and two dogs. Having retired from coaching his kid’s baseball and basketball teams, he’s traded the sidelines for long runs as he works his way back into marathon form.
