Biography

Max Romanow is an attorney in BraunHagey & Borden’s New York office. He represents companies in high-stakes litigation involving contract, fraud, consumer protection, indemnification, and real estate disputes. His clients span the pharmaceutical, transportation, software, and financial services industries, as well as the public sector.  

Max is deeply committed to the firm’s impact practice and devotes significant time to matters important to him and his clients. His recent pro bono work has focused on immigration and gun violence prevention.
