Biography
Meredith is a litigator in BHB’s New York office whose practice spans high-stakes tort, antitrust, and complex commercial disputes nationwide. She represents companies and executives in matters ranging from contract and business disputes to securities litigation and class actions.
Meredith has significant trial experience litigating constitutional, fiduciary-duty, contract, and tort claims to verdict before courts, juries, and international arbitral panels.
Meredith maintains an active pro bono practice focused on veterans’ advocacy and civil rights claims on behalf of incarcerated individuals under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
Personal
Outside of work, you can find Meredith watching Formula 1, baking seasonal desserts, and going on hikes outside the city as often as possible.
