Biography
Hassan is an attorney in BHB’s San Francisco office. He is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and regulatory work. His practice focuses on complex commercial and constitutional matters that span across state and federal courts.
Hassan also served as a judicial law clerk at the Supreme Court of Pakistan, where he worked under three Justices, including the Honorable Acting Chief Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah. He was recognized for his assistance in over twelve landmark judgments of the Court, covering a wide range of issues including constitutional, commercial, criminal, international arbitration, and tax law.
Hassan received his LL.M. from Harvard Law School, where he served as a Student Writing Editor for the Harvard Civil Rights–Civil Liberties Law Review (CR-CL) and as a Publications Coordinator for the Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association (HIALSA).
Personal
Hassan lives in San Francisco with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys exploring new places, savoring Pakistani cuisine, and trying new sports. He remains on an ongoing mission to convince others to take up cricket as a sport.
