Biography
Oliver is an attorney in BraunHagey & Borden’s San Francisco office. He represents clients in federal and state courts throughout the country across a broad range of complex litigation disputes. Oliver has particular experience working on products liability, antitrust, and mass torts cases.
Oliver is a passionate advocate and a fierce competitor whom companies trust with their most sophisticated and high-stakes disputes. Oliver has advised and represented clients in bet-the-company disputes, multibillion dollar MDLs, and cases involving the most complex and novel legal issues.
Oliver maintains an active pro bono practicing focusing on immigration and civil rights issues.

Oliver lives in San Francisco, where he enjoys reading, cooking, and playing soccer in his free time.
