Biography
Sam Libby is an attorney in BHB’s New York office, where his practice focuses on commercial litigation including antitrust, securities, and class action defense, as well as governmental investigations. He also maintains a vibrant pro bono practice, including work on a constitutional challenge to a state ban on gender-affirming medical care for transgender minors. Sam clerked for the Honorable William J. Martini for the District Court for the District of New Jersey, where he assisted the Court with multiple trials and dozens of motions.
Personal
Outside of work, Sam enjoys biking and running throughout New York City, as well as most food-related activities: cooking, bartending, juicing, and of course, eating.
